What if my kit has corrupted files?
If any part of your kit has any number of corrupted files, you need to attach the corrupted files to an email and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. When we get the email, we will return your files to you at the provided email address. There will be no charge, of course.
What format are your graphics?
All of our background papers will be in jpeg format. The embellishments will usually be in png format to support transparency. These formats are our default formats. We rarely use others.
What Sizes are your graphics?
All background papers are 3600x3600 dpi, which equals out to be 12"x12" for quality printing. All other embellishments will take up most of the space on the large papers. It is easier and better for the graphic if you shrink it rather than expand it. This also makes it better for printing.
When will I get my kit(s)?
As soon as your payment clears, you will get a link and password to get your kit. You only have 24 hours to get your kit. Once that time has passed, you will not be able to get the kit.
What is digital scrapbooking?
Digital Scrapbooking is the process of creating scrapbook pages or cards using photo or image-editing software. Digital scrapbookers import digital photographs and scrapbooking graphics into their image editing programs and arrange them to create "digital" scrapbook pages.
Can my digital scrapbook pages be printed?
YES! Most scapbook pages are made 12x12 in size. You may have to use an online site to send your pages to and have them print them out.
Or you can shrink your pages until they are small enough to print at your home using your own printer. Size 6x6 makes a great brag book!
Personal Note: I have had several pages printed professionally. Pages printed on photo paper look really great!
